This was such a special night! Every bite of food was better than the one before it and all allergies and preferences were well accommodated. She cared for every detail, localized the options, customized the menus for our friend’s baby sprinkle and cleaned everything thoroughly before she left. Separately she was just the sweetest and we couldn’t stop talking about how special the experience was! We’ll definitely use her again if we come back to NOLA!

Holli was incredible. She and her partner were consummate professionals and made our event one to remember. We were hosting in a house we had rented, which presented a few challenges, but Holli gracefully took them in stride and presented a beautiful and delicious meal. I hope to work with her every time I return to New Orleans. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful evening in the hands of chef Holli Taylor and mixologist, Dre Glass. Holli organized a delicious dinner for 12 of us at a beautiful house in New Orleans. Holli designed our menu and took care of all the details to make sure that our dinner went off perfectly. It was so easy to work with her. In addition, Holli was a wonderful presence at our party. Dre Glass, complemented our dinner with an amazing cocktail teach-in as dinner was being prepared. Dre suggested an array of New Orleans cocktails, took care of all of the preparations, booze, and supplies. It was a perfect evening and my friends will remember it forever. Holli and Dre are a killer team for anyone looking to host a food/drink event...they made it so easy. Thank you!!
