- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for standard-cleanings depending on the number of rooms and the size of the house, apartment or place of business. We also have standard extra charges for deep, spring, or custom cleaning needs. Same specifications, same price, same great service :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple. After the client chooses to move forward with our quote, we talk next steps and schedule a day and time at which the service will be provided, and then, it's our time to shine (pun intended).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work in accordance with all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) health and safety regulations, because we understand that cleaning is not just for show, cleaning is meaningless if it does not tackle the spread of illness-causing germs and odors.
