Rob and his coworker installed mini splits in my basement and sunroom. Everything went smoothly. Rob answered all my questions and also helped me to fill out Mass Save Rebate forms. I highly recommend RP Heating & HVAC.

RP responded promptly to our call about a furnace not working in our house and he fit in a service call later that day. Robert kept us updated on when he would arrive and clearly communicated the issues with the furnace and options for repair. The broken parts were replaced the next day per his quote. We are very happy with the whole repair process and we will call him again when needed.

We used RP Heating to install a new HVAC system. We selected this company for several reasons and they did not disappoint. First, when our old system shut down during the height of summer heat, RP Heating was the only company to be responsive to a call on a Saturday and willing and able to schedule an appointment within the week. The company then worked with us for an extended time period to find the right HVAC system for us and to work with MASS Save in order to help ensure that we received the rebate. The company did a lot of research and sent quotes on many different systems. They were very knowledgeable about all of the considerations for a new system. The company always had our best interest at heart. When it came time for the install the crew was very professional and efficient. We highly recommend this company.
