Iurii and RepMI is an outstanding repair service company. My dishwasher stopped functioning properly in the fall, and it came with the house we moved into a few years ago, and I didn’t get any of its documentation so I had no idea how old it was. It was also not an obvious problem, as it was technically working, just not well or consistently. I had already been thinking about replacing it because it didn’t work very well in the first place. Iurii came out right away and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. He explained it clearly to me and gave me instructions on what to do while he waited for the parts to arrive. He kept me up to date on the status of the parts as there were delays from the supplier, and then he came out promptly to complete the repair. He left the work area cleaner than when he arrived and spent time testing to make sure it worked. His prices are very reasonable. This was several months ago and the dishwasher is still working much better than when we initially moved in - it’s like a brand new machine. As a result Iurii saved me several hundred dollars at least in avoiding the purchase of a new dishwasher. I would hire Iurii in a heartbeat for any repair needs.
