My carpets are old & light tan. I had my carpets clean about a year ago by another company; to say I was skeptical of having them cleaned by an understatement.
The Carpets where again need to be cleaned, so I reached out to Leandro & Top Team Refinishing. Leandro was prompt in returning my inquiry, & very accommodating. Despite short notice, I was scheduled to have the carpets cleaned on late Sunday morning. We were in contact throughout the week answering all my questions prior arrival.
On the day of the cleaning Leandro & his crew promptly arrived. Leandro reviewed the carpet , pointing out some possible problematic area setting the expectations. However, the stairs & landing are heavy traffic area; I know would be most difficult.
Leandro and the crew were extremely efficient in cleaning the carpets; taking great care in the problematic area. Despite being old carpets, they look almost like new. I would definitely use them again!
