Upon arrival, my Bella immediately greeted her which is pretty unusual. Bella wag her tail and immediately want to be at Bianca’s arm. Though she almost not come to do the service since she left her sheer luckily I have my own tools, she came and did a wonderful job with Bella. She’s very patient with Bella. Bella haven’t been professionally groomed since COVID and we are well aware how tough the job they are doing. Bella had some matting and could be tough both the groomer and the dog. I thank Bianca and definitely will use her services again. ❤️

I can't say enough wonderful things about Bianca! She made our little rescue dog Roxy feel so loved, comfortable and cared during the time we were away because very assured and confident that they would have everything they needed physically like food, freshwater, walks and Keen eye for anything amiss, but Emotionally as well, including snuggles, scratches and the simple but irreplaceable ability to see them as unique, lovable important. recommended 100%
