German was very responsive when my wife and I needed help with a newly installed dryer. He ensured it was not an issue with our breaker and proceeded to fix the wiring with the dryer. He walked me through each part of the process as well, from the breaker to the dryer wiring! We are very grateful for his help, kindness, and professionalism!

German was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, dealing with the issues quickly and efficiently, while keeping us updated during the entire experience.
