Jason worked within my budget which we discussed before hand. I appreciated sticking within budget as I did not have any wiggle room. Jason installed an outside 240v outlet so I could charge my EV outside. He even took extra time to install not just a weatherproof box for the outlet, but a larger outside box to enclose the charger and the outlet for more protection. Everything looks great and Jason cared about quality the entire way through.

Jason came in to help me figure out why a new smoke detector that another pro had installed was not running off the wire it was attached to. Come to find out that other pro didn’t actually active the battery at all so it took its power from the backup battery. He also helped me to buy (via text and photos) and install a new ceiling fan remote controller and mounted the wired controller where the old one off switch used to be. He billed me for $100 over the agreed upon price, but when I reminded him he was apologetic and immediately refunded the overpayment. I then asked him for an invoice and it took more than a week to get it. I think he sent it out within a day or two..but he sent to the wrong person (as I got a screenshot from his phone showing he had sent it and I noticed it wasn’t to me!) So overall his electrical work is good so far but his book work might need some help. He’s transitioning from another career path so he’s likely just ironing out the kinks. I do feel $280 for a half hour or so job is a bit pricey though …but I do appreciate him coming earlier than we scheduled as I was on a time crunch…

Jason did an excellent job installing electrical for a new HVAC system. He sometimes gets tied up on other projects, so some patience is required with scheduling. This is to be expected in this line of work, since projects end up being more involved. In the end he finished the job and was very trustworthy.

Jason installed two light fixtures and moved an electrical outlet for our stove to help the stove rest closer to the wall. Also test a light switch. He did a great job for a reasonable price, we will use him again.

Making sure they understand every thought and step of a process before the work begins so that both the customer and I fully agree with one another. I am then punctual and professional once the job commences.
