Hi Kyra, I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. We moved to different buildings, from the first to the fifth floor, without an elevator and using stairs. Unfortunately, we’re not robots, so we couldn’t do everything quickly. Don’t worry, we did our best, because, whether it’s a lot or a little, climbing the stairs to the fifth floor with only two people (which is what you hired) is very tiring. And if we imagined you would leave such a bad review on our page, we wouldn’t have given you the discount we did.
