Ricky was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He did not want to do work without first solving the underlining problem. We have moisture in our basement and he wants to solve where it is coming from first. He gave us lots of options and excellent advice. We would definitely recommend him.

Richard from Universal came out to inspect a house that we were selling after our buyer's home inspector said he thought he found mold. I didn't know who to contact and was sure someone would take advantage of us - even if we didn't have mold - they would say that we did (and what would we know?) I looked up several companies and read their reviews and talked to a few of them. I liked what I read about Universal and when I talked to Richard and explained the situation he made me feel comfortable. He seemed to have a lot of knowledge about this and he also seemed really honest He was busy but was able to go out after a few days and inspect the space. He did not find any mold and was kind enough to right a note for us to give to the buyer's broker with that information for the closing. We own a business ourselves and we can say that we wish we came across more business people like him today. We highly recommend him - 5 stars plus.
