Jim was an all-star. He was quick to diagnose our problem, helpful in explaining the issue and potential solutions, and efficient in completing the repairs that afternoon. In addition to doing great work, I found him to be trustworthy and honest. When you're staring at a maze of pipes and know something is broken but don't know what exactly that something is or how much it should cost to fix, you find yourself at the mercy of the experts. Having someone work with you who you trust is not giving you the runaround is priceless. I feel like we've found our plumber from here on out.
