As consumers were often asked to write reviews on services performed. Like most of us I just don’t. But this is a worthy exception. It had been 10 years since the cedar shingles on my house had been stained. They were in bad shape. The stain was peeling off on some and others had to be replaced. I went through Thumbtack to find painters for the job. I received three estimates and there was a wide range in the work to be done and the price to be paid. Lumbi Restoration was the final contractor that I spoke with. I met with David and was impressed because during the walk around and without any prompting, he pointed out all the same issues that the other contractors had discussed with me. I decided to go with David and Lumbi Restoration because his estimate was the best price for the work to be done and the most assuring that it would be done right His return text read thank you for trusting in our company. We will do the best job. We are a professional company and guaranteed Thank you very much. And they were. They worked 10 to 12 hour days. They arrived at daybreak and went home at nightfall. They prepared the house by power washing, scraping sanding and replacing shingles. They spray painted and brushed with solid house and deck stain. Every crack and every crevice were filled. And I couldn’t be happier with their work and ethics. So if you’re looking for a contractor you can trust in and who will do their very best at an affordable price. I highly recommend Lumbi Restoration John A.

The team came by and was able to put siding up on the house that previously had a chimney. They were quick to start work, were efficient in their communication, and provided great value for the cost. I would also like to add they were professional, kind and patient with questions I had. Looking forward to working with them in the future!
