The technicians from Knupp responded to my call for help when my A/C went out. They came first thing at 9:30 exactly as they said in the response to my request. Two very professional Experts who after getting brief description of the problem which was a little complicated right on it and fixed it right away. That showed the knowledge and experience to diagnose the problem and get it fixed right away. The price was fair, the technicians were punctual, professional and couldn’t have been nicer. They even changed the air filter and cleaned the condenser. I am happy to say Knupp has a new regular customer. me! Thank you, Dennis Maher

Fabricio was friendly and arrived when he said he would. The temperature was in the upper 90s and my a/c wasn't working, so he went out of his way to fit me in, as busy as he was, so my animals and I wouldn't roast! I would definitely use this company again!

Fabricio responded within the same day I needed heating services (it snowed!). He was able to fix the heating problem, and he made recommendations for a more permanent solution, along with a referral to a plumber. As I’m Deaf, he was open to other alternative communication methods- such as using voice to text app and some gestures. Would definitely message him if I need heating services again!
