I’ve used Same Day Service before and have never been disappointed. This time Nail came in my absence by careful arrangement and phoned me to say that my suddenly leaking washing machine was beyond repair and needed replacement. He was very kind and helpful on the phone, explained his reasoning based on what he found, and left detailed notes and a receipt. I was very impressed with him and also with the staff who handled my initial request. They could not have been more caring and respectful!
