Two words——> Professionalism and Punctuality! Those are the words use to describe OZ home installation/repair. Not only did these two gentlemen arrive early they spent literally under two hours doing two installations! Here’s a little backstory (I haven’t had a working ac unit in my bedroom for over ten years) ikr 😞 lol finally i decided the heat had to stop! I found these gentlemen Mr.Slim and Brown Eyes on ThumbTack. They were informative and responded quickly to my inquiry. Another side note their receptionist is amazing and super nice! I booked my appointment and the rest is history! I had them install my unit and my mother’s unit in the same day. They added insulation tape as well as board to keep the heat out! My sister saw how well I and my mom’s unit looked she booked with them as well. They used metal to create a drainage system so that the water would leak out onto the ground and not inside the walls causing mold infestation!!! Especially since theirs a child in the home. AMAZING 😻! If you’re in the Miami-Broward area and you need installation/repair BOOK WITH OZ!!!!!!! They’re affordable and the quality of work is CHEF’s Kiss but don’t take my word for it. Look at the pictures. Huge thank you to the OZ team for turning the heat off and keeping things cool year round 😎.

What an amazing company! They were here in less than an hour and installed our window air-conditioning unit on a Sunday. Oleg was extremely clean and kind while installing. He was also very accurate to make sure the until was centered properly and secured. Iryna contacted me immediately after submitting our request and was very professional.
