Very few times are you pleasantly surprised when trying to knock an item off your to do list. I was more than pleasantly surprised when dealing with Bruno from BGM plumbing. Bruno was diligent, resourceful, looked beyond my request to understand the larger challenge I was facing and was a true professional. Bruno is at the top of my list for any pluming issues that arise in my home and there is a profound sense of relief knowing that there is a true professional available when needed. Highest recommendation!

Working with Bruno was quick and easy. He responded really fast and was able to fit us in for the repair the next day. Bruno was excellent!! He responded quickly to my inquiry and showed up the very next day. He was able to diagnose my problem and talked me through each step, explaining what the options are, his recommendations, how much it would cost etc. He also helped fix a few other smaller issues while he was here!! I found him to be very flexible and accommodating, and his work is pristine. He also cleaned up after himself and I swear my bathroom looks cleaner than when he got here!! Great prices, quick response, perfect service... I would definitely hire Bruno again!!
