He was very prompt with his responses. Was able to schedule the repair within a couple of days. He arrived when promised and quickly repaired the garbage disposal. He was polite and the cost was reasonable.

I would pick all 5 items above. JR was very responsive and worked with me regarding the appointment. He initiated and answered correspondence very quickly. JR’s quote was very reasonable and included getting the new AC up 2 floors and removing and disposing of the old AC. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again.
