I offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Rates are based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning required. I also provide discounts for recurring services and referrals. All supplies and equipment are included in the price unless the customer prefers their own products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation to understand the customer’s needs and priorities. Then I create a custom cleaning plan, confirm the schedule, and explain the pricing clearly. After the first cleaning, I check in for feedback to make sure expectations are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with residential and commercial cleaning, and I’ve trained in using professional-grade cleaning products safely, including eco-friendly solutions. I also stay updated on best practices for sanitization and organization.
