I accidentally submitted another service providers review on thumbtack previously and now updating it. The cleaners from Aladdin carpet cleaning arrived on time, did the recommended cleaning. The business owner is very invested in the services they provide and was constantly involved throughout the process starting from booking until post cleaning. The technician did a good job of cleaning the carpet.

They were able to come the next day and allowed me to accept delivery of a new area rug with the wall to wall all cleaned. They did a wonderful job. There were no stains per se, but dirty carpet where people sit at the couch. Although the rug there was worn, John was able to get it clean. Will call them again to do furniture and the stair carpet.

The two fellows who did the cleaning were excellent. They went above and beyond to get the stains out of this carpet and even used an extra application to improve the results. They explained all the little problems with each stubborn spot. I would hire them again, for sure. Very professional!
