I contacted Josh Shea with Bath Masters New England after reaching out to several other companies. Josh responded promptly, offered a fair price, and provided professional service from start to finish.
Our bathtub was in very poor condition, with both a mold and plumbing problem. On top of that, my elderly mother needed a walk-in shower with a sturdy seat and grab bars for safety. Josh carefully explained each step of the process and guided me through exactly how we could achieve the shower we wanted.
The entire project was completed in a little over two weeks, and the results exceeded my expectations. Josh’s subcontractor showed an exceptional work ethic, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Most importantly, my mother now feels safe and comfortable when showering — something that gives us real peace of mind.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Bath Masters New England if you’re looking for a shower that delivers exactly what you need, with outstanding service and results.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Josh — I hired him to handle the plumbing in my house, including installing a new tub, and he did an incredible job. Super professional, cleaned up as he worked, and was very respectful of my space and budget. His pricing was more than fair, and the quality of work speaks for itself.
