Silvio and his worker showed up promptly as promised and worked steadily on the job, replacing a deck on my back porch and cleaning up some rust stains. They did everything I had talked to Silvio about, and did it very professionally and reliably. Silvio explained that a drying period is needed before the porch can be stained and told me what to look for when it is ready. I am very satisfied with his work and would definitely use him again.
