Dylan has been helping me with openings, closings, and regular maintenance for ~9 years. I installed my first pool from Surfside in 2016 in Tewksbury which had a salt system and sand filter, I moved to Chelmsford in 2022 to a much older pool with a cartridge/DE system, Dylan took the time to explain how this system is different, how to clean the 4 cartridges in the filter, explained which lines not to open (the Chelmsford pool has vaccuum lines which I don’t need to use because I have a robot). Dylan is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and is always willing to take the time to make sure all of my questions are answered. I feel like most people in this field don’t even want to interact with their customer because they just don’t care; they just want to finish the job and leave, whereas you can tell Dylan cares about his customers and wants to do a great job, he will have my business for years to come!
