Out of those five qualities, I would give work quality above average. Other qualities such as responsiveness, professionalism, value, etc. were below average. They stood me up few times and never examined or inspected the sodded area. I had to remind them to apply starter fertilizer and stood me up. I had to beg for repairing the damage caused by tractor. They were so eager to get the job contract and easy to work with then I was left alone to figure out with Google search. When do you mow the sodded area? I will apply starter fertilizer by myself and deal with some brown spots. Not recommended.
