I randomly messaged this company at 10pm one night and received a response within minutes. I had no idea what the process was for carpet removal and hardwood floor screening/finishing. Richard explained it to me in detail and provided pictures for a reference. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. He and his tech completed my two rooms within hours. I am beyond satisfied with the experience and reasonably priced work that was done.

Rich and Connie are a nice husband and wife team who were pleasurable to work with. They did an excellent job cleaning almost 1,200 sq ft of dirty stained carpet! They brought new life back to carpets that I thought may have to be replaced if they can't get the stains out. Everything looked and smelled great afterwards! I would definitely hire them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge with no extra taxes, the price given over the phone ONLY if accurate sizes are given as an estimate will be the same in person prices CAN change as we DO minus the sizes of furniture from the final price given if i stays in place during cleanings, so your price can potentially be less than the original guesstimate!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can give you a guesstimate over the phone or a free in person estimate. Both are always free. I can explain the process I take going through the cleanings I provide from beginning to end.
