Alex was very responsive and professional. I contacted him late in the day on a Friday and he was able to come out right away the following Monday. He knew exactly what was causing my dryer vents to back up and cleaned them out after presenting different options and pricing. He even re-secured the aluminum duct attached to the ceiling. Excellent service and professionalism, 5 stars!
