- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $49 dispatch fee and we offer senior and military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make everything easy. Online or over the phone job bookings, a friendly and experienced technician will then arrive on the agreed upon time window, we'll assess your request, give you options, complete the work either same-day, or at a date of your choosing. Payments are easy, we accepts cash, check, credit cards, and we even have monthly payment options. Your technician and their supporting staff will handle everything for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer our technician weekly technical and sales training. As well as apprenticeship opportunities to continue to advance in their knowledge and career as a technician.
