- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer monthly specials that range from discounts on our service charge, to receiving a free signature cocktail for your event. Additionally we do not upcharge on liquor/ alcohol.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start off working with a new customer, we start with our "Welcome" email that offers descriptions on our different service packages. It also includes a google form that will gather details about the event and allow us to make a accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
