I have been training here for 6+ months and its been a fantastic experience. I train with Chris Mason and he is excellent. After training with Chris I feel stronger and healthier and it has translated into better performance and overall experience in other athletic endeavors too (mountain biking, hiking, climbing). I highly recommend Chris and the Foundation Fitness team.

I joined the gym in April and I love the small group classes and targeted approach. I am training with Maggie twice a week and I really enjoy her workouts and personality. She is knowledgeable and attentive and always prepared with tailored exercises, plus she is fun to be around. I am already much more toned + stronger and I like that I am never bored and challenged to improve.

Have been training at FF for more than 5 years, dropped 25 pounds and gained strength plus flexibility. Train now with Stanson, whos been great; pushes me to improve, makes me do leg days (hate them), and helped fix my creaky knees (better than a PT)

I started training with Maggie in April of this year, and have already seen incredible improvements in my own strength, stamina, and frankly willingness to stick to a plan and follow-through. Ive lost fat, gained muscle mass, and generally feel much better than I did before I started. Maggie keeps class fun and the hour always flies by. She really knows what she is doing and possesses both the hard and soft skillset to do the job wellwhich isnt easy! The gym has a relaxed, small, family-knit feel which I appreciate. So glad I found it.
