Called for service in the evening, and Troy, Tech Pro, came as promised the next day. Troy was a nice guy and very professional. He did his diagnosis and explained the problems he found. He was straightforward and honest with what had to be done, and he fixed it. Troy knew his stuff. He gave us a reasonable, sincere price, and the washing machine now runs great. He will always be our first call on any appliance repairs we may need in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received! My dryer was giving me all kinds of trouble, and this technician would not give up until it was completely fixed. He came back several times, each visit patiently troubleshooting and trying different solutions until the problem was fully resolved. His persistence, professionalism, and commitment to making sure the job was done right really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes pride in their work, and I’m so grateful for his dedication. Highly recommended!
