I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jonathan Brown. After receiving full payment for architectural services and claiming to have obtained permit approval, I discovered that no such approval had been secured. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, he stopped responding entirely after being paid. His lack of honesty and professionalism has left me with no choice but to pursue legal action. I strongly advise others to avoid working with him.

Sorry, but only deposit received. This project was in a tough jurisdiction with fire safety requirements that must be met. I provided floor plan according to owners wants. But he requested a 'stamped plan, which I could not provide, and never agreed to, especially in another state 500+ miles away. Nowhere in my profile do I claim to be a licensed architect.
