We recently had two pieces of Ethan Allen furniture reupholstered by ABJ Upholstery. One was an overstuffed chair with ottoman and the other was a large couch. Both pieces had been reupholstered previously, as they are 30 years old. We decided to have the chair/ottoman done first, so we could decide on going forward with the couch. (I had already compared costs and time to complete the project with 3 other companies, and found ABJ to have a fair and competitive price and time to complete). We chose to have the furniture picked up from our home by ABJ, with was very convenient and also a fair price. The furniture was completed exactly as expected and returned to us. It was a wonderful upholstery job and I was completely satisfied in all aspects. Truly a professional and excellent result. It looked like a brand new chair! Given this, we also chose to have our couch done and it too was an excellent job! 100% satisfied! Thank you to Mike and Alvaro, and all involved in our project. I would recommend 5 stars to all and hope to pass their names along to anyone seeking professional reupholstery of any furniture. I will note that I purchased my own fabric, to save some money, but if a customer is not comfortable in doing this themselves, I understand that ABJ can offer and provide fabric for you.

I was very pleased with ABJ Upholstery. They were very quick in responding to my request for a quote for the work on reupholstering a very old chair. The price was about what I had gotten from others. And since they got back so quickly, I decided to go with them. I am more than happy with the way the chair turned out. It is beautiful, the workmen ship is superb. The only reason I didn't give them a 5-star rating because when I went to pay the final bill, he was a little confused about how much of a deposit I had left. I feel their bookkeeping needs a little help. But as for the workman ship I cannot complain, it was wonderful.
