The folks from Cascade Services arrived on-time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC unit. They replaced the capacitor and the unit works perfectly. Before the two technitions completed their service, they vacuumed leaves from the base if the unit and the washed the cooling fins. I was delighted with the professionalism and their ability to quickly address my AC repair! I will call Cascade Services for all my HVAC preventative maintenance and repair.

Erik was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to come out that day to service my minisplits- 2 of which were dripping a little water. We thought he would have to come back to service them more, but the issue seems to have resolved for now (and hopefully forever!). But if they do need servicing- Erik will be my first call!
