Upfront and honest professional. It was decided it would be better and more cost effective to buy a new printer than trying to repair my current one since it is pretty old. I was glad to know this so I wouldn't have to spend money on a repair or fix that might not last and then buy a new one. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely use MZ Solution again whenever I need help with any of my tech and electronics. Thank you MZ Solution.

Martial is a consummate professional without equal. I had several technical issues with two of my printers that I was unable to resolve in spite of extensive online research. Martial had the Canon printer back up and running in a matter of minutes, and it has been performing flawlessly since. The other printer took a bit longer to diagnose because of a mechanical defect but it, too, is now printing perfectly. In addition to his experise in printers, Martial also possesses skills in desktop, laptop and cellphone repair. He is not only superby qualified technically, but exceptionally friendly, cooperative and willing to accommodate the customer’s schedule. I know I will seek his help in the future because, in every way, he is simply tops. I highly recommend him without reservation.

The software HP supplied for my new printer would not work to install the printer. MZ Solution was able to manually install the software and get everything working quickly.

MZ SOLUTIONS IS A COMPANY FOR WHICH WE DID NOT HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, NOR DID WE IDENTIFY PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED THEIR SERVICES.
Mr. Ze arrived on time, perhaps a bit early. He presented himself in a professional manner and solicited from us the issues that required resolution. He resolved the printer issues within an hour. We were concerned about whether the cost of the service would approach that of the purchase of a new printer. The service charge did not approximate the cost of a new printer.
We advised Mr. Ze that we plan to request his services again if we require them. This was a positive interaction and experience. Brian S
