Mr Orlando was early and very honest with his inspection of my skylight and roof. He even assisted me on the ladder so that I could see what he was seeing and doing! He was very nice and I hope to work with him in the near future.

I needed a quick roof inspection to determine mold on the ceiling. Orlando responded quickly and inspected both the roof from the exterior and the attic. As my roof is only 8 months old, I need to go back to the company that installed it. Orlando was thorough in his inspection, took lots of pictures and explained his observations. He also charged me very reasonably. I highly recommend Orlando.
