I wanted a small roofing company that has been in business for more than just a few years and owner operated, not commercialized. Thats exactly what I got. I spoke to Miguel the owner personally on his cell. Listen, roofing isnt exactly rocket science and there are a lot of people doing it. Miguel is the most professional dude Ive ever worked with. He has a tight crew and foreman. These guys showed up 20 mins early for the job lol. It's how they worked and kept their jobsite clean that I could tell I was in good hands. They even go around and pick up any loose nails in my yard that may have gotten away. ( Super impressive) Tarps down over my furniture on my deck too. They actually care. Like I said, Ive worked with lots of contractors, and a lot of them always try and get a few extra dollars from ya with " unexpected" things that pop up. With roofing, one of those areas I know is always with the plywood after they strip the old shingles, they always recommend replacing a few sheets that "dont look good" . I was surprised as hell when Miguel called me and told me they they did an inspection and that ALL my wood was in good shape. Thats when I knew he was an honest guy. Just about all my neighbors have had their roofs done within the last 3 years and I know what eveeyone has paid. Miguel and I signed a contract with a price I was happy with, for me, it was the average price that everyone had been paying, the only difference is I have a full warranty and no problems with the install. This was important to me. My next door neighbor had her roof done for the same price actually 2 years ago and she is having some issues with the flashing that connects her house and mine. Im telling you, not all contractors are the same. These guys are good and I highly recommend them. Always go with owner operator contractors, never commercial, and when it comes to roofing, call Miguel. Cheers!
