They got the job done. That is what the five stars is about. The quote process is a bit sketchy, but I’ll give a little grace. Although I’m grateful that my repair was resolved, I did not appreciate the negotiation/closing process because it’s cloaked in secrecy and that sort of transaction can leave you holding the bag if you don’t advocate for yourself.
