- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on the size of the home, the condition of the home, the recurrences of my cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) the type of cleaning (standard cleaning, deep cleaning, etc.) and customize/organization packages. Note: i don't do hourly rate, i set a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Complimentary Walk-Through We’ll schedule a convenient time to visit your home or business for a walk-through. This allows us to: Understand the layout and specific needs of your space Discuss your expectations and priorities Identify any areas that may require special attention 2. Service Checklist Provided During the walk-through, we’ll provide you with a customizable checklist outlining the cleaning services we offer. You can select exactly what you’d like us to focus on, so we tailor our service to fit your needs. 3. Questions & Recommendations We’ll take the time to answer any questions you have about our services, products used, scheduling, or policies. We’ll also offer professional recommendations based on your space and preferences. 4. Detailed Quote After the walk-through, you’ll receive a clear and detailed quote based on your selected services—no surprises, no hidden fees.
