At the beginning he was praising God and how he was excited about the job possibility. We texted 3 times and had 2 telephone conversations agreeing to no up front money and that i will purchase all supplies and pay him weekly. On the morning of our meeting he would not answer the phone or text. Then 45 before our scheduled meeting he text me saying he would not meeting me and that he was uncomfortable with payment arrangement and would not show up. Funny how do these people with whom you will have no way of contacting or "catching up with" if you give them 50% or one third up front expect you a property owner to fork over large sums of money when they can or will just change their name or number and trick more people. I say if a person cannot provide you a copy of their current license and insurance, then don't deal with them. Clearly this guy expected to grab money and run.

Mr Jerome with all your respect me and my team Thanks God we are honest I feel sorry about those bad experiences that you had in the pass with those people but that doesn’t mean we are like them I feel proud about my Hispanic community and not all the Hispanic people are bad Ok please keep those comments on your own but don’t say it in general that’s why I decided to cancel our meeting for the Estimate very simple because we were not feeling comfortable the way you wanted to do business and also we didn’t want to waist your time and our time either that’s all
