Crew was nice, but unfortunately did a really poor job in execution and lack technical knowledge for the price ($280 charge for 2 Hours). Instead of making it right and discounting their work for damaging our house (which we now have to pay to fix), they charged us full price. We expected better. #1 we asked them to hang a floating bookshelf. Instead of recommending better drywall anchors, they recommended gluing the shelves (!!!!) to the wall. We stopped them, but this could have resulted in a $1000 repair to take off the wall, hang new drywall, and then repaint/prime. #2 (larger issue): we asked that they hang pre-fab hooks on solid, brand new wood doors. Instead of checking the screw length prior to drilling, they drilled right through our brand new doors and ruined them from the outside. Either by patching or buying a brand new door, we will have to pay fix this.
