- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum of 3 hours per project and weekdays only. If you need to cancel you must do so within 24hrs via **** or thumbtack messaging app. If less than 24hrs notice you are required to pay half of the scheduled hours. If paying for parking is required, I ask that the client include that in their payment. Finally, if you would like that I take donation items away, I charge an extra $30 per every 5 bags.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically **** with a new client and ask for a few pictures of the space to see what I am working with. From there we decide together if I need to send links for organizational items to purchase and have ready. If the client requests a ********** or face time I am happy to do that at a scheduled time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nurse by education but mom by training.
