Chef Nikki and Karribean Fire...from start to finish the experience was superb. From the quick responses to the amazing customer service I was satisfied. Chef Nikki never hesitated to answer my many questions in a very timely manner. We tasted-tested her dishes and were very impressed. I can only imagine how busy she is, but Chef Nikki even stepped away from her kitchen on the day I visited. As my event approached Chef reached out to me personally. I was really pleased with that added intimate touch. It showed that she wanted to ensure I was taken care and if I needed anything additional. I don't have one complaint. On the day of the event, the order was ready on time and her staff was super helpful. My guests were floored with the quality and taste of the dishes. I don't know how many times I mentioned Karribean Fire. They went back for seconds and thirds and took away carryout containers! Everything was absolutely delicious. My favorite was the Rasta Pasta....whew. My guests favorite dish was the collard greens...my goodness, I'd do any for that recipe...it was phenomenal. Thank you again Chef Nikki and Karribean Fire! You were so easy to work with and I look forward to more events and orders in the future.

Chef Nikki went above and beyond for my event. I hosted my wife's birthday day party at the National Harbor on a boat. The traffic and headache of getting the food from the parking lot to the boat was tremendous but she arrived right on time! Everyone enjoyed the food, I can't thank you enough.

After I posted my inquiry for catering services Chef Nikki was the first catering service to respond and present an offer. She was always responsive and made the process easy despite me never having met her until the day of the event. I was nervous about that but quickly found her trustworthy. She was spot on with her suggestions about the menu. The day of the event she was reliable and prompt. Finally the food was fantastic! I received multiple compliments to give her concerning the menu items! The meatballs and jerk wings….were favs!! Thank you to Nikki and her team for hitting it out the park! I will definitely use her company again!
