I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Perfect Painters & More for the outstanding service provided by their representatives, Edwin and his team. Our painting journey began last year when we attempted to do the work ourselves, after receiving a shockingly high quote from another company that nearly discouraged us from ever hiring professionals. After a year of effort, we managed to beautifully paint only a portion of the house. Realizing we still needed help, we interviewed two more companies before finally discovering Perfect Painters & More through Thumbtack. From the first conversation with Mr. Sam Milton Wolfe, I was impressed. He arrived punctually (a quality I deeply value), listened carefully as I explained my expectations, and assured me that their company motto is: “We are not leaving your house until it is perfect by your standards.” Something about his confidence and sincerity inspired trust, and I am so glad I placed my confidence in him and his team. Not only did they deliver on their promise, but the quoted price was nearly half of what other companies had offered. Before starting, I interviewed both Mr. Wolfe and the team supervisor, Mr. Edwin, who has more than 20 years of painting experience. He assured me, without hesitation, that his team had the skills and tools to meet my high standards. True to his word, Edwin and his five-member crew demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and exceptional workmanship throughout the project. I had expressed concerns about paint quality—having read reviews of companies using inferior products that quickly peel or fade. Both Mr. Wolfe and Mr. Edwin reassured me that they only work with top-tier products, and indeed, they used Sherwin-Williams premium paints, known for their superior coverage and durability. I even learned a few things myself about the different grades of paint! Beyond their skill, what impressed me most was their work ethic and respect for my home. Painting can be a messy, disruptive process, but Edwin and his team went above and beyond to protect furniture, rugs, and other household items with fresh plastic coverings. Even the rugs I chose not to move were carefully covered. At the end, they cleaned thoroughly, vacuumed, and left everything spotless. Their attention to detail and respect for my home did not go unnoticed. In conclusion, this was my first experience with Perfect Painters & More, but it certainly won’t be my last. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for their punctuality, integrity, skill, professionalism, politeness, and commitment to excellence. They delivered on time, to my standards, and with no mess left behind—a rare and refreshing experience.
