Cadillac home maintenance is one of the best air condition pros that I have ever met. He is super reliable super great on his prices and very professional. I recently had an HVAC technician come out to service my heating and cooling system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explain what he was doing, and answer all of my questions clearly. His work was efficient and detail-oriented, and he made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. He even gave me helpful tips on how to maintain my HVAC system to prevent future issues. The difference in air quality and temperature control in my home is already noticeable, and I feel confident knowing my system was serviced properly. Tim was fantastic! He replaced the HVAC motor quickly and kept me updated throughout the process while we were waiting on the part. He was responsive, easy to communicate with, and even guided me through fixing a simpler issue myself. I really appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. I’d definitely call him again

Tenant complaint that hvac was frozen 1. Instead of just coming out to inspect he said to let it thaw first. Any other company would come and charge you knowing they can’t inspect a frozen unit. 2. He let me know potential issues before the visit and gave cost upfront. Pricey are very responsible, anything less would be a disservice to him, so trust his prices. 3. He was available, punctual, and communicated well. I will use him for all my hvac issues going forward. Do you work on other things?! Because good contractors are hard to find these days 😊
