Cicero and his team delivered a top notch experience for my wife Michelle and I. We could not be happier! He truly is the best flooring technician there is and was a joy to have in our home. We interviewed quite a few people for this job and aside from being incredible at his skill, He is a very likable guy. His estimate beat the competition as well. The care and precision he brought to our nearly 2000 sq feet of solid hardwood floors was remarkable. They are perfect, smooth and everything we could have hoped for. His attention to detail is impressive and he obviously cares and is passionate about his work. He was quick too! He did the entire house in about 3.5 days, we couldn’t believe it! He was also honest and helped us out with some important structural issues in the kitchen most guys would have hidden. He gave us the choice and helped us sub that work out the same day so we could keep on trucking! It was a breeze. We are so happy with the finished product. We have already hired Cicero again to do trim next week & tile our bathroom floors and laundry room. The main living area is still being renovated but when we get around to finishing our basement floors we know exactly who to call. If you need beautiful solid floors and care about true craftsmanship look no further than Cicero: the best flooring technician…ever!!!

what a great experience hiring Cicero from Techniciam Flooring. this guy is the real deal. He showed up right on time, walked me through ripping out my old hardwood, and before I knew it had my Brazilian cherry floors down perfectly.
