Paul was great to my questions and is a good guy! The work itself (attic fan replacement) was done very well , no complaints. He checked first if the attic fan did need replacement or not (he found it was shorting out so must be replaced) [This was done during 87F weather and 101F in the attic!] Paul went to get the new part before coming to the appointed time which sped up the whole process even more. A highly recommended person, I will book him again if needed!
