Bronte’ was honest when assessing my faucet leak, he tried a few simple fixes and identified a new faucet was needed since the cartridge is sealed in the iSpring RO system and is unable to be replaced. iSpring is sending a new faucet with the proof of purchase and I will schedule Bronte again to install. Glad to have a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you

Bronte was very professional with great attention to detail. The toilet he replaced was not installed properly which meant he had to purchase additional parts to complete the installation. He showed me exactly what needed to be done and why. He picked up the new toilet from the vendor which saved me a delivery charge, hauled the old toilet away and took steps to ensure that only a minor clean up was needed when he was done. I highly recommend him for your project.

He is one of the most professional gentlemen we have met in a while. His work ethic was far above many we have had. Work was well done. Up front with pricing, when he inciuntered an issue he could not correct (builders fault, not his) he tried to lower his fee. Hope to use him again in the future.

I contacted Bronte on a Sunday afternoon to ask him to check on a clogged kitchen sink drain and bathroom sink drain at my rental property in OC. He arrived at 10:15 the following morning, offered a fair price to snake both drains, and checked the bathtub drain to look for potential hazards for me. The repairs were done in less than 45 min. I’m already talking to him about booking him for other tasks/projects. Highly recommend!
