We recently had our basement finished by Experts Remodel, and it looks great! Our project manager, Eli, was incredibly helpful and always available to answer our questions. I appreciated how he made sure we could incorporate all the modifications we wanted. I’m especially happy with the custom closet doors, baseboards, molding, and new laundry room floor. Eli even helped us install new door knobs and hinges, which was a nice bonus. Everyone at the company was friendly and easy to work with, especially Alex and Julio, who completed most of the labor. As with any major project, communication is key—and fortunately, this company understands that. They worked closely with us to address any concerns that came up along the way.

Last year, Experts Remodel renovated our >60-year old kitchen. They did an excellent job, therefore when it came to remodeling our ~30-year master bathroom and replace the bath with a shower, we employed them again. The workmanship and care for detail of the teams during both projects were excellent. It was very easy to communicate with the projects' managers. They were responsive and flexible whenever the original plans needed modifications. The time-line for completing the work was reasonable, and they kept their commitments. In each case we had unpredictable minor adjustments after the end of the project, which were attended to promptly. We were particularly pleased that upon completion, the company took care of deep cleaning the areas where they worked. Experts Remodel are not cheap, but they provide high quality service.

I asked Experts Remodel to construct a new bathroom. It was a challenging job because there were no existing plumbings (water and waste lines) and the space is small. I have an idea of the layout and Experts Remodel helped with design ideas. The project Manager, David Levy, is very responsive. The foreman (Beto) is simply the best. Incredible skills. I have never met someone before who is all-around with expertise in carpentry, masonry, electricity, plumbing, painting, and design. Although it took 6 weeks to complete the job, every detail is executed carefully and precisely. The bathroom still needs completion of the glass door and lock for the pocket door, but as early as now, Experts Remodel has already earned my cinco estrellas.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are affordable and provide quality work on time with great customer service. We are not the cheapest contractor if you're looking for it. we are not the most expensive we are in the middle. you get what you pay for. and with us your satisfaction is the most important.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our project managers will arrive to the job site, interduce the company, give suggestions and ideas regarding your project, take measurements and help with design ideas as needed. Then we will provide estimate. Upon agreement of the proposal, we immediately start applying for the necessary permits, make schedule and we begin construction ASAP!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our workers are professionals, we are licensed and insured. We have several Master electrician and Master plumbers, Carpenters, painters, etc. We are providing quality projects for happy customers in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia for more than 10 years! visit our website for more information and testimonials.
