Richard and I have been working together for almost 2 years and he’s been a great trainer. Not only has he helped me replace fat for muscle, but has helped me make improvements in my lifestyle that echos the work we do in person. Throughout the years, I have vowed to make a change and start going to the gym and eating healthier but like many others, after a few weeks the motivation dies and old habits take over yet again. I have found myself in this cycle so many times and felt like achieving my fitness goals were never going to become a reality. But once I began training with Richard, his incredible work ethic and determination to truly make you a better version of yourself, I found myself realizing that my fitness dreams were not as far away as I had thought. Richard truly cares about trying to help you towards whatever your goals may be. Through his vast knowledge of weight training, diet and supplements I have been able to become someone I don’t even recognize. I am truly grateful that there is someone out there like Richard who not only is super professional but genuinely caring to help me achieve all of my fitness goals. There are very few guarantees in life but I would say staying consistent with Richard’s training is a guarantee to the healthy life you deserve.
