FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are available for clients paying on a monthly basis and for those who want group sessions. Clients are expected to send cancellation notices and reschedule requests at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to give notice in advance will result in the client being charged for the session. That being said, I try my best to be reasonable and understanding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a consultation, wherein I record information about your current situation and desired end-goal situation. I will then use this information to create a fitness program that we will go over during our first session. Then, during our first session I will take baseline body measurements to use for progress tracking and the creation of the clients nutrition plan. After that, weights and nutrition will be tracked until the end-goal has been reached.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I also carry these certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine: -Certified Personal Trainer -Certified Nutrition Coach -Weight Loss Specialist -Behavior Change Specialist -Group Personal Training Specialist
