I asked Melvin if he could install some window trim, crown molding, and door casing (without painting). He responded immediately and was able to visit my house within days. He was friendly, courteous, patient with my questions, and clearly understood my vision. That same week, he got the job done. I was very happy with the quality of his work and how quickly he accomplished it. I could not have asked for a better experience and recommend Melvin.

I had a great experience with Melvin. He did a couple of small, but difficult jobs and his price was super reasonable while his professionalism was great. He had an attention to detail which a lot of contractors I’ve previously used did not have. He is a skilled handyman and was comfortable doing multiple facets of a job, even handling touch up painting and vacuuming which most contractors would miss or simply overlook. I’ll be using Lainez Remodeling again.
