Landon‘s resume is what drew me to employ him as the technician to tune my K. Kawai Baby Grand Piano. His knowledge of the working of a piano, is amazing. My piano has a QRS PNO player system. He fixed sticky keys due to stuck solenoids. Also fixed noisy sustain solenoid. Piano also has a humidifier system. He replaced the pads and made sure the system was working properly. He tuned the piano to a sound I never knew it was capable of producing. My permanent piano tech!! He arrived on time, was polite and a pleasure to work with. Expert workmanship at a great price. He deserved more than he asked for and I made sure to oblige. He will return in July for follow up tuning.
